Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges. Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, Store Credit will be issued after deducting applicable shipping and logistics charges.

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Return or exchange can be requested only once per order.
2. We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as Smira Store Credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
3. You may exchange your product for a different size or another available product.If the new product is priced higher, you will need to pay the price difference. If the new product is priced lower, the remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit. If your requested size is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued instead.
4. A reverse pickup and logistics charge of ₹150 will be deducted or payable for every approved return or exchange request.
5. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all the original tags, labels, packaging, and the original invoice intact. Quality Check & Processing All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival. Once the product passes our quality check, your exchange will be dispatched or your Store Credit will be issued within 1–2 working days. If a returned product does not meet the above eligibility criteria, Smira reserves the right to decline the return or exchange request."
