Returns and Cancellation
1. Return Policy
a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
Non-returnable items:

b. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@smira.co with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on the return process.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues or if you receive a damaged/defective item.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
3. Refunds
a. Refund Method

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirming account details.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
b. Refund Exceptions

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.
4. Cancellation Policy
a. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

b. Order Cancellation by Smira
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

Out-of-stock products

Payment issues

Invalid address or service area limitations
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
